3. Profile visibility

Information you choose to place on a public or searchable profile may be visible to other users. Do not publish passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in public profile fields.

4. Profile pictures

Only upload images you have permission to use. Production storage and processing of profile pictures should use secure, access-controlled infrastructure.

5. Retention and deletion

Production CinderBurn should provide account deletion and appropriate data deletion or retention controls. Data may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

6. Security

We aim to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and avoid publishing sensitive information.

7. Third parties

The production service may use infrastructure providers and other processors to host data, deliver authentication, store files, provide analytics, or operate communications. Applicable disclosures should identify relevant providers when the service launches.

8. Your choices

Production users should be given appropriate ways to access, correct, update, or request deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

9. India-first launch

CinderBurn is designed initially around India. The final production privacy notice should be reviewed against applicable Indian data-protection requirements before collecting real user data.
