1. The service

CinderBurn is a marketplace that helps people discover hiring opportunities, talent, companies and professional profiles. CinderBurn is not the employer, employee, recruiter, staffing agency, or contracting party in a transaction between users unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

CinderBurn is currently intended for users aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information about your age and identity and must not create an account for another person without authorization.

3. Accurate information

You are responsible for the information you submit, including your name, age, profile picture, skills, experience, employment history, company information, job listings and contact details. Do not impersonate another person or company, fabricate qualifications, or intentionally mislead another user.

4. User-to-user interactions

Users must independently verify identities, qualifications, job terms, payment arrangements, contracts and other claims before relying on them. CinderBurn does not guarantee that a user, employer, job, profile, payment, skill, listing or opportunity is genuine or suitable.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, scams, malicious links, stolen content, fake jobs, fake credentials, or other unlawful or abusive activity. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer

CinderBurn provides a marketplace and discovery service. We do not guarantee employment, hiring, income, payment, safety, identity, qualifications or any particular outcome. Users make their own decisions and are responsible for their own due diligence and interactions.

If a user submits false or misleading information and another person relies on it, CinderBurn is not responsible for consequences arising from that user's false information, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Account security

Keep your login credentials private and notify CinderBurn if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share passwords or authentication codes with other users.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the service, these terms, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operation of the marketplace.
